About Karl
Over thirty-five years. Three countries. One book, kept small.
I started in 1988 as a trainee negotiator and was running my own multi-office network in the North West by the mid-1990s. I helped UK families buy in Spain, then opened an agency in Dubai working alongside OMNIYAT and EMAAR. I’m back in the UK now, based in Scarisbrick with my wife and two rescue dogs.
The book I take on is deliberately small, premium and luxury homes from £800k. I handle every step myself: appraisal, viewings, negotiation, sales progression. No outsourcing, no handover.
